Such a pretty gift for the woman who loves one of a kind jewelry, the AQUA SPLASH handmade earrings are definitely eye-catching! The lovely earrings feature artisan aqua and brown speckled lampwork glass beads, frosted light aqua Czech glass discs, pewter and sterling silver. The lampwork glass beads were individually artisan made, starting out as opaque white glass. While still in the molten stage, shades of aqua and brown glass frit were added to give the enchanting splashed look. Since the speckled, high gloss finish lampwork beads are individually handmade, they are very similar but not exactly the same. Patinated lead free pewter daisy spacers cap the top and bottom of the lampwork beauties.
Above the lampwork glass earrings are frosted light aqua Czech glass discs. Since the frosted glass is translucent, the glass glows beautifully when the earrings are worn. A lead free daisy spacer and 3 mm sterling silver bead sits on top of the disc. Sterling silver French hook earwires finish the lovely earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the AQUA SPLASH lampwork earrings were created for the woman who adores one of a kind, artisan made jewelry!
Please note: Despite the sterling silver having an "off" color in the photos, rest assured that in real life the sterling is bright and shiny as polished sterling shold be.
