Wonderfully whimsical and filled with abundant boho vibes, the hand painted MUST LOVE HORSES earrings are a wonderful Valentine’s Day jewelry gift - or a gift for any other time of the year - for the woman who is crazy about horses! Lightweight to wear, the colorful, one of a kind earrings were created with artisan ceramic horses and hearts dangles, faceted Czech glass beads, copper and sterling silver. Miniature works of art, the lightly speckled ceramic oval charms were individually freehand painted. Each rustic dangle features a “mirror image” horse, similar but also different, with a red heart on each horse’s barrel and black manes flying in the wind. The background of the charms are washed with various colors, each with a different color palette: yellow, pink, blue, olive green and gray. The watercolor-look perfectly highlights the horses. Kiln fired with a high gloss glaze on the front, the back was left unglazed.
Complementing the horse charms are faceted Czech glass beads in two sizes. The subtly sparkling glass beads are a mixture of translucent raspberry red and pink glass; sometimes you see more raspberry and sometimes more pink. A copper disc spacer separates the beads which glow amazingly when the earrings are worn. Small copper beads were added to each sterling silver French hook earwires. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the lightweight MUST LOVE HORSES artisan earrings were created for the woman who adores horses and loves wearing one of a kind, boho-inspired horse jewelry!
