Autumn Oranges and Browns - Wonderful Handmade Wednesday on Indiemade

Even though the temperatures are still getting in the upper-80's to mid-90's here in the Borderlands region, the nights are dropping down into the mid-60's at night.  Autumn is definitely in the air!  I have noticed some of the leaves on some of the bushy sumac trees are beginning to turn.  Due to lack of rain or the shorter days?  Probably both.  But it is nice to see the slide into my favorite time of the year.

Since fall is my favorite time, this week's Wonderful Handmade Wednesday on Indiemade is featuring autumn inspired items in oranges and browns.  And what handmade beauties I found in the studios of my Indiemade artist friends!  If something catches your eye and you want to see more photos or read more information, please click on the live link below the photo.  I hope you enjoy these autumn tinged selections:

Late Summer/early Autumn is

Late Summer/early Autumn is probably my second favorite time of year... yesterday as I was out with the dogs, it felt like September for a little while. But I'd like summer to stay around a bit longer.

Thank you for including my Woofs Up wallet in this week's blog! Will pin and share around :-)

Thank you, Donna!

Actually, I like every season of the yearr, Donna, but autumn is a favorite because the high temperatures are blown out and we get those cooler breezes. Of course, winter here is next to nothing. Many thanks for stopping by and commenting!

May fave season of color is

May fave season of color is Autumn.....Thanks so much for adding my bracelet to this wonderful blog post.

All items pinned and tweeted.

Thank you, Nancy.

Another person who loves autumn! Many thanks for stopping by, Nancy, and for the promo!

Autumn Girl

I was born in September and Autumn always inspires me with it's glowing reds, oranges and yellows. So glorious. The jewelry and beads you highlighted this week are so yummy!!! Thanks for including my ceramic leaf pendant. I'm working on designing a different autumn leaf pendant today - just taking a little break to enjoy your blog.

Thank you, Linda!

Oh! Can't wait to see your new design, Linda! Many thanks for the comment.

Thanks Catherine!

I tweeted the post and each item. I will pin and tweet the pin another day.

Thanks!

Thanks so much

for including my shop in your early fall selections. We've been camping at lower elevations to hang onto a bit of summer. Here at 9500' there's a tinge of orange on the green aspen a hint of the golden glory soon to come. Thanks again for your generous promotion with your weekly features. I look forward to them.

Thank you, Pamela!

We sometimes go up into the mountains of New Mexico to see the glorious golden of the aspens, Pamela. Unfortunately, our mountains here don't have many large trees since it is a desert, but the trees along the river and the bushy sumacs give us a blast of color. Thank you for stopping by!

Autumn Colors

Autumn is definitely in the air in Minnesota, and it's my favorite time of year. The colors are truly awe inspiring, and along with the cooler air I wish the season could last for much longer. Your choices are always amazing, and I thank you for including my earrings.

Gloria

Thank you, Gloria!

Yes, I remember when we lived in Canada and Virginia that autumn was sometimes very fleeting . . . and sometimes without much color. Glad to include your earrings, Gloria.
